Las letras de sus canciones que aún no habían sido estrenadas, han sido publicadas en Variety, mostrando un lado triste de cómo era la psique del artista antes de morir.

Mientras que existen versos como “»We’ll crack before we shatter / We can’t fall apart / We don’t get to die young» dan esperanza, otras canciones hablan de temas un poco más oscuros como «Starting to choke on / Your heart in your throat and / It feels just like / You can’t remember how to fight.»
